Welcome to the Land 'O Lakes Region Rally Website. Rallying is the kind of time and distance competition that the SCCA had started back in 1944 and it remains popular today. However, there are some distinct differences between the types of rallying available to today's SCCA member.

Road Rallies are run on public roads, at less-than-highway speeds, using the family car. A driver and a navigator must complete a pre-described course in a pre-determined time, following instructions that range from straightforward novice events to fiendishly difficult advanced competition.

Stage Rally in the SCCA consists of mainly short "Rallysprint" events and closed course "Circuit Rally" events. More information on these will be coming soon. The Land O'Lakes Region also supports local Rally America Regional Rallies. Visit our stage rally page to find out more.

Rallycrosses are similar to autocrosses, but on dirt. A short course (typically 0.25-0.5 miles in length) is set up using cones. Cars must navigate the course as fast as possible without hitting any cones. A street car and an M2000 helmet are all that is required to get started in this exciting form of motor sport.
