Are you interested in stage rally but aren't ready to make the large financial commitment? Well, come out and give RallyCross a try! Rallycrosses are generally run in open fields or gravel parking lots and competitors make their way through the course one by one running against the clock. The courses are set up using cones (similar to Solo) and drivers must navigate through the course as fast as possible (time is added to your score for each cone you hit). Top speeds in rallycross are usually 40 mph or under and the only requirements are a street legal (and safe) car (no soft top convertibles) and a Snell SA95/M95 or better helmet.
This type of competition relies on driver skill and control more than horsepower. Depending on the course lay-out (and the driver), two wheel drive cars can be as fast (or faster) than all-wheel drive cars. Come out to test your skills!
