Entry Procedure:
Any license holder wishing to compete in the Northern Lights Rally or Shooting Star Rally must complete the entry form at www.rally-america.com/account/reg.login.php prior to the end of the appropriate entry period. If you are unable to enter electronically, you may contact Rally America for a manual entry form.
An entry is only considered complete and accepted when the organizer has received the appropriate entry fee. For electronic payments, the entry fee due will be that specified below on the date the organizer accepts the payment. For payments by mail, the fee due will be that specified below on the date that the payment is postmarked.
Entry Limit:
The number of entrants is limited to 24 at this time. The organizers reserve the right to raise the entry limit at any time prior to event.

Fees paid at the event will be CASH ONLY.
Refunds and Withdrawals:
Due to printing and other administrative costs, withdrawals prior to 6/1/2008 will receive a refund of their entry fee minus fifty ($50) dollar processing fee. Entries withdrawn after 6/1/2008 will receive a refund minus processing fee only if their entry is replaced by another competitor, or at the discretion of the organizing committee.
All refunds will be paid within 30 days following the conclusion of the event.
In the event of the entry limit being reached, entries will be accepted based on the date of their completed entry. Denied entries will receive a complete refund.
